I'm definitely raising the calories once we get back from vacation. I am seeing the problem with low calories. So sore...

I been doing calorie cycling, where I’ll eat a modest surplus on training days and good deficits on rest days. So far it’s been working great, my performance is still able to improve while still shedding fats. Well some people call it carb cycling since the only macro that changes is carbs 😅

I've seen an improvement in my lifting intensity since upping my calories by 150 a day again. I'm between sets right now and my intensity is way up today because it was so damn hot out I didn't do my normal walking miles today it's going to be brutal all week we will see how my intensity is the rest of the week. may consider cutting the daily walking down. the diet fatigue sucks but I'm so close I can't stop now

I take superman's approach but my surplus (2000) week is tied to hormones and I'm at 1700 for the rest of the month.

Superman, who can keep up with the names of all of these dieting techniques? lol They call the normal way skinny people eat IF these days. Raising calories on certain days is a good idea.

Keep pushing otb123! But don't be too afraid of a maintenance week or two if you feel like trash, it may do you good.

I have vacation comming up so I'm going to get that week or so maintenance period during that. I was going to just stay on maintenance at that point but I'm going to come back and go back to a deficit and slowly add more and more calories over the next few months.
