I was going through some old photos and figured I'd throw out a progress report.

2020: Pandemic, gyms closed, muscles went buh-bye.

2021: Gyms reopened, muscle started coming back a bit.

2022: Pushing myself HARD this year.

The main difference in my size is that I wasn't eating nearly what I needed to make significant progress.

Now, I don't even care about my physique, honestly lol. I'm just aiming to constantly improve my strength. A little tubby, but I really don't care. I look okay with clothes on though 😜

I'm going to be brutally honest here. You look fat and sloppy. Man boobs and all. This is the perfect example of a bulk gone wrong. You've put on a tremendous amount of body fat with no real muscle to even be strong. Re think your strategy. I'm sure the fatsecret justice league is going to jump in all over me for saying it.

He added plenty of muscle. He already said he didn't care about adding fat. If you don't see the size difference in his arms, you're blind.
