Why is diet day two always so bloody hard!? I mean, I know why - part of my brain is staging a mutiny right now. It's all like, "Dude, wtf is wrong with you? It's already 4pm and we've only had one lunch! And what was up with breakfast? Did you just forget? I simply refuse to work under these inhumane conditions. Are you trying to kill us!?"

I just want you all to picture me rocking back in forth in my office chair with my hands over my ears screaming "SHUT THE FUCK UP!" over and over...

And before anyone comments on why I skipped breakfast, the answer is daily intermittent fasting. If anyone wants to advise me otherwise, you are certainly free to do so, though please know that your advice will be neatly and respectfully folded up and placed in the nearest garbage receptacle.

I'll admit that Intermittent Fasting has made no notable improvements to my weight loss progress, though it has been fucking fantastic for my energy levels and ability to concentrate. If I eat breakfast, I usually spend the day feeling lethargic and stressed out that I got bugger all work done. If I consume nothing but black, unsweetened coffee up until 12pm, shit... gets... done! Even when I'm not dieting, I try to keep the IF going for this sole reason. Kinda sick of the breakfast menu as Maccas anyways...
