Nachos for dinner. I ate 1/2 of this meal as I can't eat a full meal since I started dieting.

I would call it a break diet or a cheat meal Wednesday night I had a cheat meal 2 porterhouse steaks gave me about 90g of fats with vegetables followed with 2 large pieces of my favourite homemade banana cake
