I love all those things so much!

Unfortunately the country fried chicken was tough and hard. Like had to use a knife to cut and couldn’t chew it if the pieces were bigger than 1/4”. Even my big string husband could barely cut it with his fork. He refused to use a knife on a chicken breast so he powered through lol. I also ate a biscuit that isn’t pictured and saved back one of these chicken breasts for the kids. (There are two tiny breasts, one on top of the other. Just looks like a nice thick breast at the angle I took the pic) 

Yum. So sorry the chicken was tough. Makes me want the Cracker Barrel Homestyle Chicken Dinner. Has two big breasts which are always juicy and tender. We have gift certificates, too, so maybe I'll put that on the menu for next week! 

@ Debbie this is form Cracker Barrel. Our closest one is 2 hours away, but we stop by on the way to or from dr appointments. Normally their food is much better than this. I think they either got old food that was on a ship during Covid or their cook is new and didn’t know how to cook it. This portion was half the size of what it was when I ordered last year when we went down there for my oncology checkup. So perhaps they cut them in half to save money, kept cooking time the same and therefore it was overcooked. 🤷‍♀️ All local portions have shrank some and prices have increased by at least 20%.
