Yes, I guess it’s cooler, 75, early early morning!🥵
Tired of grumbling, it was so windy yesterday power went out five times, I gave up working as the computer had to keep resetting. It had gotten down to 61° at work. I stopped what I was doing and ran around showing everybody my phone that it was now 61° but it felt like 98 so no one believed me. We had the remnants of hurricane Kay hitting us, so it started raining heavily with violent winds. Katsolo got the brunt of it as there where a ton of San Diego warnings.😮
It’s so hot right now, my dream house is any house in Alaska.❄️

I have a gal dieting at work, so I am very inspired to get going again, plus the weather should be better next week. I was on track and will weigh in tomorrow.

I posted a joke from Red Skelton, I loved watching him with my father on TV. Few good times I had with my dad.
I just love Ismo Leikola right now. He is usually clean and really can make me laugh. He needs FS, lately.😬

Live by this credo: have a little laugh at life and look around you for happiness instead of sadness. Laughter has always brought me out of unhappy situations.

So glad that you have a potential dieting buddy at your office, Shrewd. I’ve been dieting with my husband since the end of January 2022. It has really helped both of us to have a partner🤗🇨🇦

Maguscanook, thank you I think she’ll beat me in every way because she’s very determined. She just had a baby, so she’s trying to get rid of her pregnancy weight. I even thought she was getting a little pudgy.😁 I am lucky for my husband always eats sensibly, never temps me into being bad. I’m the one that always falls off the cliff.😩🍁

My Becky, we had a dysfunctional family and my dad’s temper was part of it. We did watch comedians and boxing together. He had a rough life, not raised right. He’s dad died of the Spanish Flu when he was 2, and then he was raised by a drunken uncle. 🙃 I didn’t really know how to be a family and what family was all about. Memories should have been more important to me. Oh well, a good home is what we provided. 😊🌺

Oh Sweetness, I understand. My father had a lot of stuff he never figured out. His frustration was taken out on my mother. Not much stability in my childhood. My mother was our (my sister and me) savior. I have a few good memories, but I still deal with the reality of who he was and all that he did. Anyway, a lot was learned and blessings, no matter how well disguised, were appreciated. 💗 You and your husband have done an excellent job.

Sorry Becky, you are such a model to me in being a good mother and wife and you talk so highly about your mother, I thought you had the ideal family life. 😞 I am glad you are who you are and I consider you a friend of mine, my Becky!👍❤️ We really have been blessed to continue on to have good lives. Our true Father watches over us, and too many miracles have happened to us that I am so grateful for. I often wonder how many really perfect families are out there.🫤💕🌸
