My brain right now...Do I need to eat? No. Do I want chocolate? Yes. Do I need to eat? No. I love chocolate. I might eat some. Stop! I'm not hungry. I'll have a cup of tea, but then I'll need to balance it out with chocolate. I'm not hungry, I have to go back to work now... I'll have the same battle in 2 hours. I guess I won this round! I do this multiple times a day, everyday. I really do love chocolate 😋

I know this battle so well 🙈🙈🙈 Cholocate is on my "no way!" food list during the week. This improved the battle a little 💪

Yep. I can't have chocolate in the house because one square becomes 2, then 4, then .....

I have 90% dark chockie for myself at home. and I can happily stop at 1 square. But, I currently also have a large bag of Freddos for my student in my teaching bag. This is a problem!

Don't deprive yourself completely of something you love. Have small amounts occasionally & eat it mindfully.

KookaburraSong, that's my problem, I don't deprive myself but I constantly don't want to drlepeive myself 🤣 Trying hard to limit it to a small bit with the family at the end of the day, rather than all through the day, then again with the family 😂
