Finally getting back on track, drank 2/3rds of my water, recorded the calories, but I didn’t get my steps in, yet I got a huge report done, yahoo! 😊 Ramen is a dish that's very high in calories and sodium. One way to make it slightly healthier is to leave the soup and just eat the noodles.😆

Maybe I can get two more reports done today, and get a few steps in. Walking gets the feet moving, the blood moving, the mind moving. If it weren't for the fact that the TV set and the refrigerator are so far apart, some of us wouldn't get any exercise at all.😄

Do things that make you happy today within the confines of the legal system. 🤣 Got to go, it’s Prime Day, oops I missed it!??😢😩 My hubby will be jumping for joy!🫤

The meme is me but I'm 70 so it is uber, uber, uber me. Now I can gain a pound just smelling someone else eating pizza. My hubby made himself a device to put on his socks so being decrepit is probably contagious.

I saw it was Prime Day and logged in but it just overwhelms me!! I try to scroll and there's just to much stuff that I don't need and my head spins... Walking is good! And drinking more water is always a good goal! Have a great day Shrew!!💜💜💜

Morticia, I thought you were much younger, you sound very young. I’m not very far behind you in age, but my mom was driving till she was 88 and she was a speed demon!! Hopefully, I can follow her footsteps without the speed. We gave our friend that device for putting on socks and he uses it.🤣 Your hubby sounds like an very handyman to have around the house.👍🌼

Shirfleur💕, I called the CPA, yesterday and he said he’ll have them filed before the deadline. I might be late to work on Monday as I might bring them a bunch of goodies. I feel so bad I filed so late.😖 No self discipline for I hate doing them so much, just like dieting and exercise.🤣 I’m just so proud of you, you’re doing so well!! I hope you rub off on me so I can get going as well.❤️

SieteTresEva, thank you for the great laugh! 😁😆👍 I kind of use blankets as pillows for they conform better and they seem to be more comfortable. My hubby thinks I’m crazy as he piles about six pillows behind him.😆 I possibly may already be broken.🤣 Enjoy your Friday!🌺🌼
