This is NOT diet food. It is a very delicious Goan Fish curry from the Womens Weekly made with sword fish. Gotta treat oneself occasionally!

I ate curry weekly while losing my weight. Not much, just a table spoon or 2 with Cauliflower rice, mountain bread and Greek yogurt It counts as diet food 😁 It's looks good, I can smell it!
