Enjoyed my pizza last night and as you can see weight spike that’s ok it’s all water for now
I’m on a new journey on maintenance for a while and will slowly add in carbs slowly and building more muscles as possible with minimal fat gain.
I missed my basmati rice so I’m having that a cup of it for lunch and of course my favourite can of tuna.
So right now with my weight at around 160lbs before the pizza I will take that weight x 10 as my base line daily input calories.
