Since I was handling OMAD/23:1 intermittent fasting fairly well, I thought I'd tack on Keto to help speed things up - they call it "SPEED KETO". It turns out that carbohydrates are what have been allowing me to exist without food for 23 hours a day. Without them, I want to eat the world, with a side of chips.
