1.8 pounds lost this week. Total 32.8 in 20 weeks. Toady will be my 11th day in a row of walking at least 1-1/2 miles and my 22nd day of walking at least a mile in a row.

For 140 days, I have had at least some fruit and some vegetables every day; I have kept my calories under 2,000, I have recorded everything I have eaten, and I’ve drunk at least 8 cups of water.

Praising God for supernatural (for me) motivation, determination and accomplishment!

Doing great, Debbie! Well-balanced diet is very important as everybody knows but not everyone follows. For me, I regard that carbohydrates and meats are energy sources. Also, vegetables and fruits are immune boosters and cleaners to my body. I admire and support you!💖
