Greetings Buddies!

Today I am doing my Bulletproof coffee and 16:8 - I had a late dinner last night due to a meeting at my office. I just was not hungry this morning. Keto eating really helps me feel satiated and seldom hungry. And keeping the carbs low allows me to get energy from the healthy fats.

I will be weighing in either later today or tomorrow - but I already know I should be back "on the grid" for my weight history! That is exciting for me since I have been above my posted weight in the last six months.

The 90 day challenge at my gym, Orange Theory Fitness, is starting. In case you are unaware, there is a "My Professionals" button here on FatSecret where you can allow your trainer, nutritionist or doctor to view just your food and exercise diaries (not your journal) so they can be part of your team.

My trainer now has access to see exactly what I am doing! Talk about accountability!

Good to know about the "my professionals". Thanks for the insight! When my nutritionist is tired of reading my my journal activity we will be able to change how it is set up!

If you click on your 'My FatSecret' tab at the top of this page, it'll direct you to the news feed page. On the right hand side of the page, you'll then see a list of 'My Diet Calendar', 'My Journal', 'My Community' etc. Under 'My Community', you will see My Professionals listed last. I'm trying to not eat too late as well. Great job HCB!
