FINALLY - after 15 days in the 224’s and 225’s, I have dipped down to 223.6. It is so hard being patient, but the Lord has helped me to not get too discouraged during the very slow progress.

I love my WOE! Nothing is really off limits for me. I enjoy some kind of sweet every day; I get to have my beloved Dave’s Killer Good Seed bread with lots of butter once a day (was having it twice when I started). I still get to have my Diet Coke addiction, though I have cut back from 3 liters a day to three 12-oz cans a day (occasionally I’ll add in an extra can on a very stressful day).

Life is good!

Congrats on being so patient. It's good when you have a WOE you can live with. I used to take 3 cans of diet coke with me to work years ago. Everytime I tried to give it up I got horrible headaches. I love bread and butter a little too much so avoid it for the most part. It's tough for me to find things I love and am able to control the portions.
