I think something's missing. Perhaps some vital, life-facilitating nutrient that Swisse have chosen not to include within their "Ultivite Men's Multivitamin", though admittedly I only remember to take it like three days a week at best. I haven't felt ill exactly this past week, just stretched out and tired. I've been getting good sleep, though I wake up every morning feeling more worn out than I did the day before. I guess I'll try including higher quality food in my one meal a day, with a focus on Iron and Vitamins C and B12. I don't get time to shop or cook real food, so most of what I eat is frozen shite that I toss in the oven quickly in order to get back to keeping my children from killing themselves. In my living room, it always seems like we're just one unsupervised minute away from a murder suicide. Weight loss progress has been nought this past week, so I expect the two are related.

I'm reminded of a dude I lived with while I was at uni. He ate nothing but pies and chips every day and eventually developed Scurvy. What the Hell, right? He solved the issue but drinking a glass of orange juice with his pie and chips. I wonder what happened to that guy...

🤦🏻‍♂️ I’m not going to sugar coat this. You have to learn to shop and cook nutritious food or your health will decline, and you will become a textbook case of diseases of the western junk food diet. Vitamin and mineral supplements are great, to fill in nutritional deficiency that most of us have, but they are no substitute for fresh basic foods. Get your ferals under control and involve them in the food preparation game.
