Sunday splurge again. Even though I was at my target of 1,650, I indulged in a cup of hot tea with cream and sugar and four saltines with Pimiento Cheese Spread on them. Oh, and I'm going to go ahead and have the 1/2 slice of white bread with 12g of butter on it with my lasagna today. It brings my average daily calories for the week up to 1,699 - the highest it has been since week #5 (this was week #25). I think my problem is that I try all week to push as close to the target as I can without going over, and that doesn't allow any wiggle room if I have a day of high temptation.

This week, I'm going to set my target calories at 1,750 - which will be the 2nd highest I've had in six months), but it will allow me to have the pimiento cheese spread (which we only have at Christmas) and the Chipped Beef Cheeseball (also only a Christmas thing).

This morning, I am taking all but three half pieces of the Franklin Nut Cake to church to give away, along with half of the Pecan Fudge. I plan to give my husband two of the pieces (equal to one slice) and I'll TRY to wait until tomorrow to have the last half piece!

Weight won't be down much tomorrow, but hopefully it will still be down SOME. So far, I've never gained in a week, and I've stayed the same only once.

OK, gotta get dressed for church! Hope everyone has a good Lord's Day!
