I’ve forgotten to weigh before breakfast the past two days. Just completed my third day of walking two miles in the house (up from 1-1/2 miles that I had been doing for 53 days).

My daughter bought me three Stuckey’s Pecan Log Rolls for Christmas - each one is two 130-calorie servings. There are still about 5 pieces of Pecan Fudge left (110 calories each), and one or two servings of Chocolate-Covered Pecans (170 calories for six pieces). Notice a pattern to my weakness? PECANS!
