Had my highest Average Calories per day that I’ve had in the past 41 weeks - almost 2,500 calories per day! Somehow, by the grace of God, I lost 2.4 pounds of the 3.2 I gained week before last.

Off to a good start today. Managed to only have one slice of Dave’s Killer Bread with butter this morning (instead of having two, or having one with a bowl of doctored-up oatmeal, as I have been doing!)

Drank four 16.9-oz bottles of water again yesterday. It’s getting a little easier. Still over-doing the Diet Coke, though.

Completed my third day of walking 3.5 miles. My right knee has been hurting and so has the top of my left foot, so the walking is harder than usual.

I have the same problem when I push myself too hard. Maybe slow you walking pace down and see if that will help
