Researched pre-knee-surgery exercises yesterday and started doing them. Many are the same as the post-surgery things I did in PT following my other surgeries. Started doing them yesterday. Takes over an hour and a half to do them all with the number of suggested reps and sets!

I also increased my walking to 4 miles a day yesterday! All these were MAJOR accomplishments because my knee was hurting worse yesterday than it has been in a year! Pain level #8. I ended up using the Voltaren twice and taking two pain pills (not at the same time). That helped a little.

Knee feeling better this morning - back down to a pain level #2-3. Got to become more disciplined to fit 1-1/2 hours of exercises and 2 hours a f walking into each day.

Just a suggestion...you might want to break up the exercises for your knee into groups & alternate. When I went for therapy on my arms/ shoulders the therapist gave me a bunch of exercises but said I didn't need to do all of them every day. A friend going for therapy on her hip was advised the same thing.
