My efforts Monday through Saturday really paid off. Lost 3.2 pounds for the week (197.8). Average Daily Calories were 1,671, including Sunday, which was WELL over 2,000. Total lost now is 60.8 pounds in the past 11 months.
The beginning of this week will be high-calorie, as I finish off the leftover Broccoli-Cheese, Pineapple-Cheese and Sweet Potato casseroles as well as the 4-Layer Chocolate dessert and Caramel Cake.
After that, I’ll go to my roast beef meal, which is less than 400 calories per generous serving. Out of fruit. Will get more of that when I go to the store on Tuesday.
