Life is kinda turned upside down. Got all son’s stuff out of the basement and thoroughly cleaned it. Took about three weeks, working on it every day. Now, we’re preparing for my daughter to move in. Lots of repairs need to be made, some painting, etc. My daughter has increased from working only one day a week for about 5 hours, to working three 8-hour shifts. That means I am watching the kids three days in a row for about 9 hours a day. Just finished this week’s stint.

Today was my 233rd day of walking at least a mile a day. Day 21 since I upped it to 5 miles a day. Weight is creeping up due to high-calorie days and bowel sluggishness. Still under 200, though, PTL! Hopefully, I have the next five days “off.” Then we have to move my daughter in!
