A great video on getting super lean by two natural lifters. Their experience and why they don't recommend it for most. This is what sub 10% body fat actually looks like. Impressive end results that just can't be maintained.

My 6 month experience Getting Shredded(The End Was Rough) by GVS You can try that, it's just Geofrey's perspective which is all you need and it's 21 minutes.

Some take aways. You will always either stay the same muscularly or lose muscle/strength especially once you go below 10%. You look like you don't even lift in clothing. You're weak and hungry all the time, even while lifting. You don't care about sex. Sitting down hurts because of the lack of fat in your hips/butt. You walk stiffly because you cannot extend your leg behind you as far comfortably. Brain fog. Friends and family worry about you. You get a hollow look to your face.

What's crazy is that one of them did it for a bodybuilding show and actually likes compliments. The other guy, who got even leaner, hates the attention and didn't do it to compete. I have no idea how he maintained the discipline to keep pushing knowing that.

It's also crazy how fast they regained the weight even while trying to maintain it somewhat. During their videos where they talk about their experience, it's obvious how they lost the definition.

Also, it's a good example of how much bigger muscles can look when lean. One guy went from 17 to 15.5 inch arms but they look bigger. The other lost at least an inch on each arm.

super lean is overrated. that's what I'm telling myself. 😉

You can get sub 10% and look completely different than another guy at the same body fat. The look changes quite a bit for every 5lbs of lean mass. My son is a good example. He was 109lbs last month at 5'10". He is extremely lean, but he has little muscle mass as well as the low BF. He was bragging about his straight bicep veins. I will admit that those look nice compared to mine.

If you have little to no muscle for sure. I was posting this for the male lifters of FS mostly and I think we'd all look pretty similar when it comes to abs, serratus showing, and how drained we'd feel lol. So they can see what they'd be in for if they decided to never stop cutting. Also to show how it isn't where you want to be if you actually want to make gains. This is why bodybuilders cut and bulk.

At 10% I looked like I didn’t work out with a shirt on. Feel and look better now at 12%. I can respect those going for these shredded looks but not for me as an older adult.

when I got my leanest I had no energy my lifts were regressing but I didn't want to admit it. I had zero sex drive whatsoever. i couldn't leave the house without underarmour cold gear tops and bottoms on under My clothes and watching my son play football I had to wear winter hats gloves winter coat and multiple layers and it was October... never again

🤔 at my leanest I was fine. Only thing was I thought I was making progress that is until I hit bulk. N just jump in my lifts. And I was hungry

I've never had that either but I also have never been as lean as these guys in the video. Not even close lol
