Day 3 of my sleeping pill/fat loss experiment. This was a super sweet one. Fluff filled maple and a chocolate Nutella filled.

I would lose about 1lb the day after every time I had a few doughnuts. I seldom have doughnuts. Not sure how to explain this. Never made me sleepy though. Are those “special” doughnuts? No judgment 😎 Good luck with your experiment.

I sleep like a baby when I eat carbs before bed. It works with high fats as well. Usually I am almost out of calories so I can't have a large meal before bed but lately I've been doing IF so I have plenty of calories for a couple of donuts and some milk. Slept really well and lost weight the last two days so I will keep it going. Plus it's cool to get ripped on donuts in my opinion haha

You’re definitely the king of sweets. Man I can only handle glazed and jelly filled. Your last two donuts gives me the shivers 🤣

I have a horrible time with sleep but not sure I want to mess with getting into a habit of sweets at bedtime! LOL

Weirdly if I eat sugar like that before bed I will wake up multiple times in the light. It seems to have the alcohol effect on me.

I usually have some carbs and a protein shake before bed as well! All the doughnuts you’ve been posting, the past few days, all look really good!!!
