For anyone who thinks I'm not natural take a look at the bottom right pic. No pump, no lighting, I look pretty normal. I was multitasking. Walking someone through CPR, on a treadmill at an incline, and snapping a selfie. 🤓 

I caught that comment, too. Just goes to show how hard you work. 🤩 You'll always be questioned. I feel like you've posted many un-flexed pics for anyone who cares. I'm proud of you! People are jealous or ignorant often times. Oh well. I guess take it as a compliment.  

I also think you are awesome. Your body is great but you as a person are the real prize. You are kind to everyone. A pleasure to know.

So what I need to do is to go to a real gym and take pictures!! 🤣🤣🤣 Man. You look awesome without a pump, gym, etc. And most of all like it was said, you are kind to everyone. A gentle ‘giant’ sort of guy. Haha. Keep on making them all jealous Diablo!! 💪🏻💪🏻😂

Thanks, wifey! I was actually talking to a kid who started in dispatch, and he told me his two workout buddies saw me at the gym and were both saying I must take them. I was probably the same way at their age though so I can't be mad. Like DP said, I'll take it as a compliment. He believes me at least; he knows I focus on health. 

Thanks Super. I'm not too far from where I get when I was killing myself jogging all summer in 2019. It's been much more manageable.

I especially like your back in bottom left. As I used to say to my mom back in "the old days" when girls had to be careful of their "reputations." Who cares what they think as long as we know! 💚💜💛

Looking strong!!! That is a good back pic! Haters gonna hate!! Lol.. people always assume that great results are because of pharmaceutical help rather than hard day in and day out work over a long period of time.. I am not big like you, but often get asked which drug I used to lose all the weight! And are very disappointed when I tell them none, just cico… 😂  

Kenny i got asked that tonight. I spent 7-9 months under 800 calories fighting my way back to mobility again last year and it took a full 14 months to get all the weight off and that was the question. 

Thanks, Kenny! I think you're big! Don't sell yourself short. You're right. People only see you in a snapshot, they don't know your history. It comes natural to them to doubt.
