I entered a FS challenge The Fritzy (and Bobby) one called "Meet holiday eating and weight goals" So I will try to jot down some goals
*Log ALL food
*Weigh every morning (no matter what I ate the day before)
*Move every day for at least an hour
*OMAD once a week minimum
*Lose 5 lbs - which mean I should see the 120s by the end of December...I will try
