Today is an I-want-to-eat-everything day! Only got in 1.3 miles of walking yesterday. Not drinking ANY water. Haven’t done PT exercises in several weeks. Not paying any attention to Fiber or Protein. But, thankfully, I am still under 180.
I AM doing well in my piano practicing. After about one week, I can play Silent Night slowly with both hands, and I’m working on Come Thou Fount and Lullaby. I have a Live personal piano lesson on Thursday (via Google Meet), and I’m very nervous about that. I’ll probably blank out completely! Going to fight through the fear of failure, though, and put myself WAY out of my comfort zone.

I have been wanting to eat everything too lately and am trying to drink a lot which is not working that well to curb the appetite but I do pee a lot. LOL. The piano playing sounds fun!

Glad to know I’m not the only one having the urge to eat everything in the house. Today, I had 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and several desserts (including TWO pieces of cake that is 505 calories per slice!). Over 3,000 calories for the day, and I only walked 1 mile. Gotta regain control.
