Well, since I started trying to get back on track, I’ve started slowly reducing my calories. I was eating over 3,000 a day. The first day, I had 2,600. Yesterday, it was 2,400. Still trying to get down to 2,000/day and then after I get comfortable there, reducing down to 1,800. I can lose weight on 1,800-2,000 calories a day, which is a blessing. Walking yesterday was 2 miles (increased from ZERO the past several months). Water was increased to four 16-oz bottles (also was up from ZERO since November). I actually had vegetables yesterday. In the Chinese Casserole, I put lots of onions, 3 colors of peppers, and celery; and I had a big bowl of cabbage. Feeling more motivated this morning. Praying for another good day!
