I eat breakfast early like 5.30am - 6am. I am not really hungry then, it’s just a habit.
I am going to try skipping breakfast, and eat around 9am to 10am.
Hopefully this will help with weight loss.
I will try listening to my stomach instead.
60.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

intuitive eating can definitely help curb some of those habits your body knows when it's hungry and certainly the morning is different to everyone I noticed I don't get hungry til later in the day unlike in my teens when I'd be hungry early in the morning
