I weighed myself this morning. I was 89.4. It is better than 91.2 from the other day (5 days ago). I would like to be 88 kgs before my cousins engagement party on Friday. Is that asking for too much? There are 5 days to go before the party. Ultimately I would like to be 2 kgs lighter by the end of the month. I am struggling to lose it! I gave away eating chocolate completely - no little pieces here and there, no chocolate cookies or biscuits, or donuts. It has been 4 days and I am having such withdrawl symptoms that hopefully will go away soon. Hope everyone else is keeping positive and happy!

Hi I was just wondering what your daily carb and calorie intake goal was Ive never really lost weight before and im just asking people that have lost the amount I would like to lose hope you dont mind
