Getting there, thought I should have been lighter given I did not eat much yesterday. Therefore I think my weight loss has started slowing down or hit a plateau or my metabolism has slowed due to not enough calories. I will power through this week minimum of 9 hrs Cardio (Will do all my work and send out e-mails on the elliptical no sitting down) as I will hit my goal by Saturday regardless. From then on I am increasing my calories and eating intervals to try and rev-up my body. I will be matching this with workouts to ensure I do not rebound back the weight. I am so looking forward to this as last 7 weeks has been a journey. I thank you all for your support.

Dont forget, always, that muscle is heavier than fat. So at some stage of your weight-loss journey, particularly if you are exercising a lot, you will actually gain a little weight. You are forming some muscles. ;)
