Sitting at Johannesburg International Airport after a 10hr flight have yet another serving of Chicken Wings, this time they are Spicing Ginger with Lemon and some other nice sauce with Beetroot and avocado. Will not have a scale to weigh myself but I would not like to do so now too much sleeping and eating. SAA onboard food was not bad although I threw away 70% of it. Virgin Australia food left me feeling hungry. After I had removed all the useless ingredients aka potatoes for me at this stage I was only left with about 60g of Chicken which did not not cut it quite frankly. Although I had my own food I miss calculated and ended up being hungry and forced to buy the most delicious BBQ spicing wings which I term as Buffalo wings at the Long Neck. Long story short do not let yourself go hungry in any diet because you will be forced to make a bad choice. For me I just look for meat which halves the impact of my bad choice. Anyway off to enjoy myself will keep updating.

I know the feeling. I am cabin Crew with Virgin Australia, and once you throw away the potatoes from the chicken meal there isn't much left! The other option is very high in carbs (usually pasta). It is really hard when you are travelling to follow any diet - my own weight loss has been super slow - but think if you can find a place that does chicken, that is half the battle. McDonalds will let you buy the chicken patties (you can have them either grilled or crumbed - and grilled is the best choice) or red rooster a quarter of chicken without the chips is also a good option too.

Angelica_95 that is some good feedback buying patty. I thought about it on Wednesday, Scotch fillet (Bad for Budget if you want to be consistent) then saw the wings which I have a soft spot for. I agree when you are travelling diet is super difficult I am finding so myself especially with jet lag. I think in the end what is important is to be conscious of one choices. For me I am feeling super tired I knew this but my brain tricked me into eating lunch just now saying I was not that tired. Now I am tired and I cannot go to sleep because I just had lunch ah well.
