This is a huge meal on a normal sized dinner plate. Normally I’d still be hungry. And I was when I got up, but half an hour later it all hit and man am I full. Lost two pickles to thieving children but I can’t say no to puppy dog eyes :/ lol.

Good looking meal! I hear ya....use to eat until it hits later and you say why!!! Then you feel the bloat for a short time afterwards. Good size however, doesn't look to large.

Normal sized dinner plate. I’ve been eating off of the salad/kid plates so trick my brain into thinking I have a full plate like always lol. It works! But the veggies are starting to get old and I bought a ton more so needed to eat these. Worth the extra 77 calories :). Just wish I wasn’t so picky because these veggies, cottage cheese and veggies are starting to get old. I’m also finding that I really like the 90-100 calorie snack bars. I’m a snacker and those are starting to feel like a candy bar :). Just way healthier and 1/3 of the calories.

It looks tasty, nutritious and filling. Lots of protein and vegetables, which is a great way to get full and stay full.

Davis everyone is intitled to their opinion. I personally don’t care for how it looks. I’d rather it dressed up in ranch with a bit of chocolate on the side. However that would defeat the purpose of the diet ;). It doesn’t taste great but again that’s the point. If I load it with goodies I’ll pack on calories. Plus i prefer bland food. Veggies are too bland for me but they are healthy. My eyes say no, tummy says yes and scale says keep going lol. Again feel free to like or dislike my posts. If you offend me I’ll let ya know pretty quick as I have a temper but it takes awhile to get me worked up to that point. Thank you everyone for worrying about my feelings :). He just made me want to make another bland meal tonight so I can post it ;).

@Nidoqueen I prefer cauliflower fresh and crunchy but broccoli steamed just a bit. I dislike most veggies so these are about all I eat. My mom was picky too and couldn’t believe it when I started eating these. She ate corn and carrots and the only green she ate was iceberg lettuce lol. I knew I wanted my kids to eat more veggies so I forced myself to like them(these at least). Now they enjoy mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini.. and many more. Having a huge garden helps because they are more likely to eat what they helped grow and it’s healthier!

What strikes me the most about this plate is that I think that I own the same plates! Is there a yellow flower on it as well? This is almost what I ate today but I had to put the chicken in a sandwich as I can't eat that much and can eat more in a sandwich. Your chicken looks really good though better than mine!
