Had an great weekend plagued by sleeping late which I need to fix. Feeling great otherwise. Weight going up suspect it is body re-balancing itself.
115.6 kg Lost so far: 38.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
