Slow and steady wins the race except, I am not that patient. Weight-Loss slowing down again. I may need to reintroduce Cardio. I had become a bit complacent. I am starting now on the basics of bodybuilding so will be focus on good clean exercise and technique to ensure I do not get any injuries.
114.9 kg Lost so far: 39.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
