Was pretty strict food wise, had almost no sugar apart from 4 squares of 85% dark choc, had 2 glasses of wine fri night, 4 glasses Saturday night. Walked 3days, considering how much I worked that’s good. Doing physio homework and pushups. Mentally I’m doing good. Let’s smash another week!
77.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
