The fun that is dieting, I am 500g up from yesterday, however I am happy as I am taking strides to get to my goal. I have just measured my ketones and they are at 0.5mmol/L which is low for me. Might be affecting by my breakfast shake. Will do before and after tests tomorrow and if that is the trend then I am changing the shake. I am looking and feeling strong so 500g is probably 400g water weight and 50g fats and 50g muscle, so not too worried. As of this morning I now have my new training and nutrition program but I need to have the guts to fully engage it knowing that weight-loss may drop or stop for the short-term. However I will be better of metabolism and non-rebound in the future.
113.6 kg Lost so far: 40.5 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
