Good to lose weight. Feeling average in terms of energy I took my blood ketone levels which where 1.2mmol/L which is okay so need to work out why. Also have not been to the gym for 2 days so no excuse for low energy. Low energy = No no as it can signal beginning of the end. I do not drink coffee for this reason as I want to always be aware of my energy levels and not rely on a pick me up. I have a new workout program and exercise which I will start next week on Tuesday and it is absolutely awesome. Can't wait.
113 kg Lost so far: 41.1 kg.    Still to go: 26 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
