My weight has gone up again 😭😭😭 but Im telling myself that its muscle from using hand weights all week 😂😂. If I keep mentally bashing myself because the scales have gone up instead of down then I make things worse.
When I punish myself because the scales go up, I feel down and then I eat.
So I have gained muscle not fat.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
