Just recording my weight from yesterday morning and I am proud of my achievement. I have not been able to take my weight this morning which is a good thing. I had almost 3000 calories for dinner last night which is a disaster of astronomical proportion. I went to all you can eat ribs and all my planning failed dismally when I had my first taste of beef ribs from there on, ribs + all you can eat = Massive fail, and I failed spectacularly. Only good thing from my plan was starting dinner at 5:30pm so my body had a few hours to digest before. So will take my weight tomorrow as I am out of town. Hopefully good eating today will rectify any issues I have. Going to go for a shoulder massage need that badly. Training going well.
111 kg Lost so far: 43.1 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
