Happy lost some weight. Feeling tired and depleted. Will need to concentrate on work life balance. Felt the urge to binge eat yesterday but my brain promptly said no. happy about that I guess I am beginning to mature eating wise. I have a breakfast tomorrow morning and seafood dinner, so I will make sure I hit the gym before.
107.9 kg Lost so far: 46.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
