Finally less than 20kg to go. I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. Ketones back in check just measured a 1.1 mmol/L 5mins ago. I reckon I might split the weight-loss, maybe lose 13kg fast and the other 7kg Long-term or probably just lose it all whilst in Keto and then go on a clean muscle bulking phase. Not sure but at least I am now looking at options. I am at lengths on whether to increase my cardio from 0-1 times a week to 4 as I fear cardio will risk some of the muscle I think I have gained. I think I will skip any intense cardio until my full body scan next week which will give me a good idea on whether or not Cardio is killing my muscle once I compare it to last months scan. My take is that I get enough Cardio lifting weights I might put on a heart rate monitor to track this.
