Whooper weight-loss could not have expected that overnight. So what changed. Went for my body scan yesterday morning 6:20am. After that did about 15mins of weights (4 sets) and hit the gym at lunchtime. So my take on this is exercises early on during the day to get metabolism up and totally stop eating 3 hrs before bed. I was starting to hit the gym late at night which I think messes up with the body as it is a struggle to get in enough nutrients at that time and still lose weight.
104.7 kg Lost so far: 49.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
