BlueFront's Journal, 11 Jun 18

Finally, it took me two weeks to lose that last two pounds. I really want to get below 200. I know it's supposed to be better to lose slowly but I'm too impatient and get frustrated when I don't see a little progress each week. Just happy it went -2 pounds this week and not +. That giant Chinese dinner when the kids came down to visit really had me worried.

That is a great drop, 1lb a week is considered difficult, 1/2 a week is considered normal loss, I think you are doing awesome. likewise I am also impatient and want immediate results *sigh* but it's worth the wait in the end.

Thanks um_autaviah. I was looking at a few of you food pix the other day and noticed olives. I put them on my grocery list, love black olives but for some reason never remember to buy them except at Christmas time. Looks like Christmas will come early this year. 😀🎄

Ah nice! Yes they don't call the olive tree blessed for no reason ☺! So many benefits in the olives! Hope you enjoy them, I know I was snacking last night on a hand full with white cheddar cheese, perfect combination.
