Weight Loss going ok. All before you embark on any mahor weight loss I suggest you visit the doctor and get a full blood work-up otherwise you may end up spinning wheels and not getting much traction.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 50.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
