So finally back on it. took a week off for my trip to cabo! and surpise!!!! I lost weight on my trip. soooooo glad I didn't overdo it. :)))))) feeling very dedicated to losing this flab. and i even rocked a bikini on vacation! plus I can now fit into my old shorts! feeling empowered and getting ready to hit the gym. :)
