Went out for Ribs yesterday and the rest is history. Could have been a perfect record weight-loss week but enjoyed the ribs (700g weight-gain) so ah well I picked my fruit.
101.4 kg Lost so far: 52.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
