Had to weigh in when I first woke up. So I know it's not my walking around weight. But it was coo to see a bigger daily drop.
129.8 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I always do that. It is the only accurate one I will have all day. I drink tons of water and my weight will change 1 or 2 pounds during the coarse of the day

I agree, only log wake up weight. After drinking water all day, any weight would be off by pounds.
