PTL, So glad to see it start to come down. I will have complete victory when I see 235. that is usually where I am at and stay. But now when I get there I am going down, down and down. I am so excited. I was 269 for so long about 2 years. I am easing into the protein bars. Fewer carbs and calories. I suffered from the keto flue for over 2 weeks. I am starting to feel it ease up now. I am still doing the intermittent fasting btw 11ish and 8 pm ish.

Basically in the morning, coffee and water
at 12, protein bar and coffee
2 pm breakfast burrito
4 pm protein bar
6-8 dinner and dessert of some sort

yesterday I had some corn chips with chili, sour cream guacamole and cheese. yum. I plane on that today too.
109.7 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 50.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
