Guess I went to hard yesterday. I walked and ran and did jumping jacks. Then I worked being on my feet all day. This morning I woke up and my foot (heel) is killing me. I can barely walk. Any advice on how I can mediate this? I guess I run on my heels.

What shoes were you wearing? You might need inserts. If it is killing you, you need to rest it. Elevate and ice.

It may be plantar fasciitis, which hurts and is hard to get rid of (although mine is improving with time, stretching and weight loss). I found rolling my foot on a tennis ball or a plastic bottle with water frozen in it to be helpful. Also stretching my calves a lot. Good job and good luck!
