I am in a happy place. 1-2 more weeks then changing diet using a stepped approach. e.g Increase Calories by 200 then wait for metabolism to catch-up so should take me about a month to get to where I want to be or I just hike it and hit the gym like a person possessed. I am looking to do about 3 months of hardcore lifting and then reassess where I want to go to. Will see how I go.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 55.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
